  • Technical drawings and construction detailing for final execution of custom millwork and interior architectural features

  • Ongoing project management support throughout construction, including framing and electrical coordination and site walks

  • Guidance for exterior materials, colors, decorative lighting, and doors

  • Townhome finish packages (including documentation as needed for marketing materials and descriptions of each style/scheme)
